Will HIM tour in the US in 2008?
I was really disappointed when HIM cancelled their US tour in 2007. I had tickets to 2 shows! I try to go to as many shows as I can within 150 miles of where I live. I understand why they needed to cancel but it was still a disappointment.
I was wondering if there were any plans to tour the US in 2008?

Not to disappoint you, but I don't think they will be. I think it's because they had already toured here for Venus Doom. So I don't think they would tour here until the next album :( Ville has also said that they will start recording in August (now) so we do have that to look forward too. But a great way to make sure they come back is to request their songs on your local radio station and to tell other American HIM fans to do so as well. It cost a lot for them to tour here, and Ville doesn't seem like it's worth it when they are not as popular here as they are overseas. He blames this partly on the fact that their music has not reached the American sound waves. Which would explain the huge fan base that they have overseas. They play HIM on the radio over there.
