How do I shut off the media player on the site?

Answer:

Click on the square button on the media player that is at the top right of the site.

HOW DO I ADD THE CONCERTS I ATTENDED TO MY PROFILE?

Answer:

1. Click on TOUR.
2. Find the date either through the calendar or from the tour list. Click on that date to open it.
3. Scroll down to I'M PLANNING TO GO and click on that link. It will now show up in your CONCERTS list in your profile as well as on the date.

What are the minimum system requirements to fully enjoy the site

Answer:

Please note the following minimum system requirements:

Operating System: Windows Vista, XP
Mac OS 10.4 and above

Browser: Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher which can be downloaded for free at www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp

Why can't I log into the site?

Answer:

Please make sure that you are entering your password with the correct capitalization. The system is case sensitive, so you must enter your password exactly as you did when you registered for the Club.
If you still have trouble logging in, please try deleting your temporary internet files and cookies. If that doesn't work, contact Customer Support.

Why hasn't my store order arrived yet?

Answer:

The efficiency of the warehouse and the postal service both contribute to how quickly (or slowly) your package reaches you. If you have not received your package within 6-8 weeks from the date you received your membership confirmation email, then please send an email to Customer Support.

How can I renew my membership?

Answer:

You can renew your membership even after your membership has expired.

What if I lost my password?

Answer:

Click here to have your password re-set. You will get an email with a new one-time-use password. Click on the link in that email and you will land on your profile page – enter a new password in the fields there and you’re done!
