First you must be logged into your fan club account.
Go to this page (or click PHOTOS): http://www.heartagram.com/node/add/photo
Give your photo a title.
Click on the BROWSE button and find the photo on your computer.
Click on UPLOAD.
Once the picture uploads (you'll see a thumbnail of the picture if it uploaded correctly) you can fill in any other details about the photo and then click on PREVIEW to see how it will look or SUBMIT to add it to the site.

When will I really be able to use my code for any items on the store? I still can't buy the Limited Edition of Venus Doom CD or the new Digital Versatile Doom, I have been waiting for a couple of months because these are the only items I am interested in buying, Is there a way to recieve a code that does apply to any purchase?

You can not use the code for CDs or DVDs. Only on merchandise such as shirts, hoodies, and the lithograph.

1. Click on PROFILE.
2. Click on EDIT.
3. Click on BIOGRAPHIC. The first option on BIOGRAPHIC is entering your birthdate.
4. Once you've made the changes, click on SUBMIT to save it.

You can renew your membership even after your membership has expired.

1. Click on TOUR.
2. Find the date either through the calendar or from the tour list. Click on that date to open it.
3. Scroll down to I'M PLANNING TO GO and click on that link. It will now show up in your CONCERTS list in your profile as well as on the date.

You can not delete photos on the site. If you contact Pry with a link or the file name of the picture you want deleted she will delete it for you as soon as she can.

If you have just joined the fan club it takes a few hours for the site to update your status. If it still denys you after a few hours please do the following:

1. Log out of the site.
2. Clear out your cookies and cache for heartagram.com
3. Log in again.

This should clear the problem.

It's a custom version of the Mason font. Mason is a commercial font that you must pay for. However, you can get Morpheus which is similar.

The And Love Said No font is Bickham Script MM. It is also a commercial font. If you google it you may be able to find one similar.

The community will be open on Thursday September 6th.
