FHM INTERVIEW WITH VILLE

I tried to live on nothing but cheese pizza and beer for two years and I ended up in rehab. I wouldn’t recommend that as a diet to anybody. There’s nothing nutritious about a pizza. You get a bit of tomato sauce and a bit of cheese and that’s it.
I’ve tasted pizza all over the world. Stockholm, Sweden, has really high-class pizza and I don’t know why. It’s weird, but it’s like really fancy food in a lot of gourmet restaurants. It’s a lot better than anywhere in Italy. Then again, Chicago deep dish is great. You eat one slice of that and you can live for a week. Those are great, but I’ve always had a weakness for cold microwaveable pizzas. It’s really ghetto, but I lived off them for years. More here.

Мне в свое время доводилось выводить себя из состояния белкового дефицита, я активно занималась спортом, а диета была недостаточной по белкам для физических нагрузок.
Долго не могла понять, в чем дело.Чувствовала не очень хорошо себя.
Работоспособности никакой.
Причина оказалась очень простой, организму просто нечем возобновлять себя, не из чего строить новые клетки.
Подредактируй свою диету по белкам, и увидишь эффект.
К тому же от белков не поправляются, поправляются от жиров, углеводов, соли (она задерживает воду в организме).
Так что можешь смело есть больше нежирной рыбы и мяса.
Надеюсь на разумный подход к своему здоровью, которое подорвать легко, а восстанавливать бывает очень и очень сложно.

Есть такое
Есть такое понятие как белковый дефицит.
Пиво и пицца - прямая дорога к его развитию.
А дальше - уже последствия белкового дефицита.
Бледность, слабость, анемия, упадок сил...
Бороться с этим легко и просто:больше рыбы и мяса (нежирного), и со временем организм сам восполнит себя там, где нужно.
Плавали, знаем:)

My husband can live off pizza and beer. I laughed so hard when I read that. I always say to my husband that if he was stuck on a island he would say"forget the wife give me pizza and beer(pepperoni)!

The intro of the interveiw said that the interveiw was made to Bam Margera not to Ville. How good does he knows his friend? Because not all of us are what we seem, and somebody as mistyrious as Ville can't be knowing that well. And I olso colecte plastic bags and no mater where I go I always keep with something to remember the travel!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So there is nothing wrong with that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
