Discount Issue For Heartagram Club Members
We are experiencing an issue with the special Heartagram Day 20 % discount and free shipping you should be receiving on orders today. We hope to have it fixed soon, but in the event that it isn't resolved today we will have another day next week with an extra percentage discount to make up for this inconvenience. Anyone that has already ordered today will be compensated the amount of the discount as soon as the issue is fixed. The 10% discount with free shipping is still working for the non members.
Update: The 20% discount is working now with free shipping for all you lovely fanclubbers for everything except DVDs and music purchases.
Please note that you need to make sure you are logged into your hearagram account before you make your order to get the discount of 20%. This discount and the free shipping does not include the DVD or CDs.
Those of you that are members of the fan club and did not get the discount when you ordered, please send a PM to Alexis with your order numbers and names and she will try to straighten this out for you. Please give her time to get to each of you.

Any money that was over-charged incorrectly I never got back. It's a real bummer for us fans. We just took it as a loss. AND, WE STILL LOVE HIM!!

The discount didn't work...
When I went to order the CD/DVD, it initially took $4.50 off of my order. But, when I went to check-out, it took that discount away, and only gave the general $2.00 discount that everyone's getting today. I wasn't sure if you meant that the DVD's and music didn't get free shipping, or if they didn't get the discounts and free shipping, so maybe it's set up this way? Just wanted to let you know.
