They guy has got so many firms, maybe he should dedicate one of them to promotion entirely or if he's already done it....replace the one in charge!!! :-)

I agree not alot of promotion is put out, H.I.M graced us with their peresence in New Zealand but nothing was said and no interviews were done(well at least I dont there were). But all of that aside the guys are still doing an awesome job and I am currently waiting for their dvd to come to New Zealand so I can put my order in. Top work guys keep them coming.
the pics are so hot and the interview is pretty cool, but I think the translation is not very good, some things are sounding very strange, he wouldn´t say them like that..but who mind...
Hy everyone, I read the interview and found another one in Sonic Seducer with ville. Straight forward and very honest when it comes down to how well VD has sold. At some point Ville mentionened that he hat the impression a lot of german fans didn't even know HIM had a new CD out. Well honey, that is simply because there hasn't really been any promotion here in Germany. None of which was visible to the fans at least. I don't know what that record company did, it didn't promote VD as well as it could. Or mayby we should fuck MTV and VIVA for not really playing it. I saw Kiss of Dawn maybe once, if I am really in favour of MTV, played twice, although it was on the play list. And that was that. VIVA hasn't played it at all, nor have I seen any advertising for the Album on either of these channels. Not that I watch all that much MTV and VIVA, because they have reduched themselves to playing mainly shit!!! Anyhow, I know VD debuded on Nr. 3 in the German charts, but still, it could and should have been there a lot longer, because it is truely and by far the best album ever made....... by HIM...;-)
I saw a lot of adversising for VD on the Cechezlovakian (sorry for misspelling) Music Channel Ocko (Bleed Well was in their Charts for weeks and weeks on top spots!!) and I only watched it at random, so it must have been on all the time....and a lot of ads on GO TV. There they played not only Kiss of Dawn, but also Bleed Well, wich both are in my opinion very radio friendly....then again if one only likes mainstream computerised hihop blabla that creates a little problem....
..so much on promotion that might have been well done, but what good does it do if it doesn't reach the fans...

oh come on, mtv and viva are mainly playing this hip-hop-shit, I never really expected them to play any HIM-songs. I´ve also seen none promotion, I guess there wasn´t any.and in no fuckin music-catalog were any notices there were a "new" HIM-album.
I´m definetive going to buy this magazine, hope, the interview is good and the poster looks promising^^
