the "goofy" parts..
..Digital Versatile Doom is HIM's best concert/album.. as everything is just perfect..
..what I like the most is the detail.. the detail parts that make the whole to be even more successful.. for example: the beginning part of Poison Girl, when Ville laughs & he almost cannot properly start the song.. :D
..or during Your Sweet 666.. when Mige quite stares at Ville when he is about to start the second verse [after the first chorus] ..& after Ville takes it OK, they both smile.. [Mige's staring is relied to ARTMANIA's Music Festival when Ville forgot the lyrics].. & so on & so forth.. :)

i love the whole dvd so much, i watch it every day (at least half an hour)...
i´d say my favourite part is definetly vampire heart... ville smiles in it the whole time (especially his face in the end is just so cute)and when he sings "heart" in about 3.40 it just always takes my breath...
i also love the kiss of dawn, sleepwalking past hope, bleed well, ´t´s all tears, the beginning of killing loneliness and of course the interview (but i´m sad that the others haven´t been interviewed for the dvd (like nearly always) and that it isn´t on the cd)

linde's guitar sounds sick and then ville comes around the courner and it changes from black and white to color. thats kind of amazing.
I also love its all tears, right here in my arms, and the funeral of hearts. the disco ball is beautiful.

Love the solo Part in the song (IT'S ALL TEARS) with Synth solo and guitar solo with each other!!!!!!!

the interview because ville is a very housent man and i like that alot. these days most men lie but its very
hard to find some one that wont ever lie to your face.
and the live music is really good live or on a CD witch
is hard to find a kick ass band that knows what the fuck there doing these days as well but the band HIM
thay know how to ROCK and make people wont to rock with them you cant help but the music gos thro your body and soul and mind it makes you want to dance or sing and feel so alive forever HIM

My favorite part of Digital Versatile Doom is the ending. I love the funeral of hearts and its cool how they have all the hearts flying around the room. I also like it when Ville laughs and talks! :) I love his voice, its sooo wonderful! :)

The beginning, the anticipation of what your about to see. Then, hearing Ville laugh.Finally,the ending, closing with "The Funeral Of Hearts" my favorite song, under a shower of stars! A MASTERPIECE!

My favorite part of Digital Verstaile Doom
I love the whole CD because it reminds me of the quality of the concert that I witnessed in St. Louis. It was like being there all over again. My favorite performance on the album was of course Venus Doom.

The Beginning
I love the way the DVD starts, how eerie the violins begin, the sound still chiming in my ears now, the black and white filming, shadows crossing over mixing boards. The flash of the band walking onto stage, the light from Ville, as he fires up a cigarette. The debonair walk into the light of the stage. The Booming echo of the instruments, off the theater walls, more like of a cathedral.
Villes face reminds me of The Crow, just when Brandon Lee finishes The Crows morbid makeup.
My heart jumped when the keyboard rang out," Rip off the the Wings of a Butterfly"
Than sank when I realized I hadn't been there in L.A that fateful night of filming "Versatile Doom".

When Ville says " I feel like a taller version of Bon Jovi". Love that part. Best song, The Funeral of Hearts. The studio version really misses that guitar solo. Best performance is killing loneliness. I love HIM but that song usually sucks live. I was extremely impressed with how well they pulled that one off.

but i´d say my favourite parts are vampire heart (it always takes my breath when ville sings "heart" in about3:40), your sweet 666 because ville´s smiling in it all the time <3, and of course the interview (ville is just such a smart and profound person, but it´s a pity the others haven´t been interviewt, like nearly all the time)

My favorit part is the end of Vamire heart. The last 40 seconds are so great. I love the way Ville is singing "Hold me like you held on to live" in the end. He sings it a bit different then usually. I sounds amazing. Just listening to it makes me insane, but then also seeing him... . I could die, for watching him performing this song.
It's meant in a loving way.
Whenever I'm opening www.heartagram.com in my browser (How that sounds!*;) and Passion's Killing Floor starts, it feels like somebody would try to gun me down.

I like the beginning of this song. It's interesting and Ville is again soooooooooo lovely!
Intro to POISON GIRL!
Me and my friend always joke about the beginning when Ville is singing "I did it all just for her..." Then starts laughing and says "Wah wah.. I did it all just for her, I did it all just for her and..." then the crowd sings and while they sing Ville says "pretty good... yea man... excellant." Its hilarious and amazing and thanks for releasing an AMAZING live album/DVD.

the whole dvd is good. Sleepwalking Past Hope is awesome, so is Join Me, Wicked Game, Poison Girl and Killing Lonliness and Right Here in My Arms. The interview is awesome also.
Vampire Heart
The entire performance of that song was possibly one of my favorite performances ever by H.I.M. The look at his face from 3:44 until the end of the song.

It's all wonderful...
but my three favourite parts are.
1. The Direction, it was beautifully filmed.
2. Killing Loneliness, I prefer this version to the album version and just LOVE when Ville makes his voice go super duper low at the end!!

The music, first and foremost the music. Ville, I agree full heartedly that "there's not a single person on Earth who can play "Love Metal" better." I feel that I can connect with your music on a level that is so different that any other kind of music I listen to. I'd have to say Lindstroms solos are insane, a real highlight, and the close up at the end of Funeral of Hearts on Valo was awesome. But the whole thing ROCKED!!! HIM!!!

Every time I log on I just come up with more that I love about D.V.D. Ville the range that your voice has gotten is unbeleivable. I've been listening to early stuff on my HIM Radio, (so I can buy) and you really have developed your voice. You can go so low and then so high you can tell you have been working hard. And then when you scream it's goose bumps. And the band has just gone into the stratusphere. It's hard to pick one but if I had to it would be Linde talk about schredd and play that long and hard he is truly faboulous as well as the other guys it's hard to pick out just one, but my husband is very impressed with Gas being a lefthanded drummer. The keyboards are amazing and the bass with your voice, just Ab Fab. I just hope ya'll do more DVD's for us that can't get to see you. The cinamatogaphy is fantastic, the theater a perfect setting for HIM. Like I have said before I can't start my day without it. Especially today we have to put our much loved German Shepard to sleep tomorrow and my heart is in a million peicesl. I had to have my spine rebuilt and he has been at my side 24/7 for 11 years and now his spine has let him down. It's never easy just harder sometimes. That's Love. But I love you lads music and videos, keep it up you have many years of success ahead of you, that I know for sure. Take care, lk

the whole show was kick ass and i went to see them in glasgow for that tour but my fav bit was poision girl when ville goes to light his ciggarete but the lighter doesnt work right and he just start giggiling i thought that was kick ass
Amazing...
Loved the whole show but Ville growling "Lovelyyyy..." when the audience were singing to him and him joking about feeling like "...a taller version of Bon Jovi..." Made me laugh so much! The intro for Venus Doom gave me chills..... A great performance by all the guys...They were all so in sync with each other...Loved it all! <3

I love all of it, but poison girl is great and the guitar solo in it is amazing! And of course we can´t forget Villes beautiful voice in every song. And the interview is great too. It's always a pleasure to hear what ville has to say. There is so many things I like and they just keep on coming to my head :)
ville's interview
Ville being interviewed was my favorite part. I love to listen to anything that he has to say, not to mention his beautiful voice. He is so intelligent and talented.
i loved the interview because...
...it shows that ville is talented and smart. seriously i've seen the interview a million times right up to the point where i think that ville should be a singer and a philosopher, because he talked about other topics other than about himself and the band. he talked about his influences and how fucked up our generation is (like everyone else is). but still i thought it was funny when someone's phone went off and he was like "what's that??":) so uh yeah HIM 4 LIFE AND BLEED WELL!!!!
