I was having problems downloading the stencil too, and I e-mail them to the address that Pry posted. so they send me the stencil in an e-mail attachment, so I just want to say thank you Pry for the info and have a Happy Halloween!!!

EU by-passed...again

I just received a mail from Warner, after asking them why the code didn't work for me...That's because it simply doesn't work for the entire EU shop. I mean, that's really nice and fair and all. Not.
F*** it, I'll buy that top, 13% off or not. *sighs*
But a stencil would've been nice, maybe somebody who got one post an image of it? Is it just a plain heartagram, or what?

HIM, you guys really need to get a better programmer or a web master if you want to keep your business going. Seriously!!! Okay the code word HIMHALLOWEEN worked just fine for me but every time I finalize my order after putting my credit card number, the site kicked me back to the order page and would not finalize my order. I had to do go through the shopping process three times in three different days. I was about to give up - which means that HIM was going to loose business here. I love your music and love you guys; and would like to support your business but I don't have a patient for the crappy web site. 99% of the sales now depends on the web site so please, get a better programmer and PLEASE fix all of your web site problems. I noticed a lots of bugs on this site. I know this is a multi national site but...come on!!!!
