I got my redemption codes in an email from ticketmaster. They give you the code , and you go to this website to redeem them. I got my concert tickets a week or so before I got the email with the codes.. you should get an email with the codes in it soon.

Once you get the codes, you register on that website, and they send you another email when the album is available for download.

seems uk fans dont even get this then. oh well not to worry and i agree people should buy the albums. digital cops are good for portability and it can help get fans into the music but just cos you got a digital version of a song still want a cd something physical

I have been fighting with Live Nation about this for 2 weeks now. I did the Cit-Card Pre-sale for the May 7th Show in NYC, then a day later they (this website) Told you that each pre-sale ticket came with a digital DL of the Album, when I questioned Live nation about this, they had no idea what I was talking about, and after reading a link to the website, the told me they'd get back to me..... fast forward, I got a response telling me I'll receive my PIN within 5 days of purchasing the tickets, it's now 2 1/2 weeks later, and I have gotten absolutely NO e-mails about anything, I found out through the myspace that you can now redeem these Codes... Spoke to Live nation this morning, still had no idea what I was talking about, they told me to e-mail the label... so I did..... Besides this Redemption code, I'm really irritated with all of this. The 3 opening bands, are WEAK. I feel like I'm genuinely being ripped off, Granted I would Pay a Million dollars to see HIM anyday. I feel like with the 3 opening bands, This tour is a F*cking joke.

I have four tickets for House of blues Boston that i Pre-ordered! I do have several copies of the special edition coming for me and friends..but i will still be taking the download because just as jet said...if you bought the pre-order tickets ...you paid for the download.. LOL

You had to preorder the tix package thru heartagram, then you get a pin,but dont worry about the download believe me ,if you used the preorder, YOU DID pay for it LOL!!!

my dad just bought my tickets today!! :D

but to be able to DOWNLOAD the album? I would rather pay a millions dollars for the worst HIM album ever made. I expect my pre-order of the album to be in my physical hands in a few days. I'm not downloading an album by HIM. I love these guys and their music too much.

How does that help the band?

I have tickets,three in fact that I just purchased today.

I do not see a pin number,and i dont intend on doing this.

Him is my favorite band,and I respect them enough to buy their album.

They each put their soul into this and I plan on showing my gratitude by BUYING the album.

I hope other will too.
