I have all albums and almost all live cds from his store here in greece in athens but it closed because they don't have enough money and the second speech because him don't come to greece for 3 years!

i got a few official discs from HIM, kinda hard to find and to buy (too expensive) but i got the vinyl of Razorblade romance and Screamworks, screamworks double disc edition, venus doom, dark light. deep shadows and brilliant highlights and love metal (and sometime in the next month i'll buy razorblade romance 2 disc edition and greatest love songs vol 666...and maybe if i can.. the venus doom deluxe edition...i got around 500 pesos argentinos in HIM official discs (i live with that per month)

On no, guys. I am sorry to write it, but you are more americans than finnish playing the new album....Venus Doom was SO amazing album!The best I´ve ever heard! I was dying to have the Screamworks after that....and voila, it is finally here in my iPod, sounds like a holiday in California. Ville please, come back to Finland and try to spend more time there, suffering a bit;-).

Just recieved it, finally. Gave a 4-5 listens and i have to say its a great album. I was a bit sceptical, because its kinda trend these days that when a great band release long anticipated new album, it sucks as hell, but HIM proved once again they still have what to give us. My favourites are Shatter With Hope, Ode To Solitude, Katherine Wheel etc. The only thing im dissapointed about a bit is poor inlay case artwork, but after all its about the music. This is defo a must have for every HIM fan !

I liked the older albums much better! Greatest Lovesongs, Razorblade Romance and Love Metal were absolute highlights! Venus Doom was also good, but this new one is too pop for me... I know music is all about experimenting and evolving, but Screamworks sounds to me more like a step backwards. It's all new and fresh all right but still it doesnt sound like love metal anymore. Back to the roots!
Still love HIM more than any other band (especially because of the older stuff) :-)

I love it!!!!!! its kind of diferent from your other albums but at the same time it has its own particular feeling -u know- every song is perfect, the voice, guitar, base, drums, keyboard..every single sound and even the silence..u can always make my world rocks! ;) u make me remember who i am..I just love it! It's a nice album.Very light though, but the idea of dancing tunes with doomy lyrics works.
In venere veritas, Ode to solitude and Disarm me ( with your loneliness) are my favourites.

I really like it. I just think it's not the same HIM anymore. It is good that they change, because they just keep on experimenting, but there are some songs, like "Acoustic Funeral". Not the same as those old, classics like "When Love and Death Embrace", or..."Dark Secret Love", "Love's Requiem", "For You", and all those. But kinda getting close. I will, later, post a blog. It will say everything I think about it.

But HIM, I hope you go back, not as to forget all you have learned, but because of your roots. Who you all are. Yes, people change, but....it's just so hard.

Expected much more. You was better composer drunken. In vino veritas. It is still not so bad but after Venus Doom it is not something amazing too. I just thought you were going in other direction. Anyway still there are some nice songs. Shatter Me with Hope rocks.
