LOL I wish you did.. :D
Yeah I liked that they fucked the first song too.. I said this to my mate after the gig.. The first time I saw them I thought they were this big rock band.. the second time, I thought they were sooking about everything to much (but it was at festival hall) and this third time I thought it was great! They seemed more like real people.. they fucked up.. were chatty and just seemed like normal dudes.. I think it's fucked up to think that because they are this huge band that they don't make mistakes or need to piss.. LOL They have all the right in the world to complain about the heat down there aswell.. I heard EVERYONE complaining about the heat so why shouldn't they be able to.. pfft.. Oh but in me saying that I loved all 3 gigs.. I think they are great Live they really put on a good show.. It was just better this time around. More intimate and good for the fans!
I thought it was a top show, I personally liked the fact they fucked up the first song, gave me a laugh. lot of dirty skanks there tho, when i was leaving there were 2 blondes behind me bitching bout the show and how they hoped lady ga ga would be better, i wanted to kick them back down the stairs. but all in all good, yes valo was pissed off but he didnt let his singing suffer.

hello to kat and tash if ur out there in e land ;)
well said..
But Ville wasn't a fan of festival hall last time.. He keeps bitching about how everything wasn't working there and the place was falling apart! So maybe next time they can try the metro or something..
Although I must say apart from the heat and things not being up to par with the sound and shit I actually didn't mind the venue.. I like the smaller gigs..
But If I ever see that dude with the fro that was standing in front of me again I'll punch him in the back of the head.. LOL He almost head butted me! I was scared for my life! :S lol

I agree with everything you said there. I know Ville was a bit annoyed but he's entitled to be when equipment isn't working as it should. More the venue's fault if you ask me. The sound wasn't perfect, mainly Ville needed to be turned up. After the break they sounded much better.
Apparently they sounded better tonight at Soundwave, but I didn't get to go. Maybe Festival Hall or something next time.
As you said it was a mega night for $66.20. I was happy with the night being dragged out, the jams were quality, I would have stayed all night despite the heat.
Love the new album too, the songs they played off it sounded awesome and they ended with Funeral of Hearts. Couldn't ask for anything more.
I thought it was a great gig..
If we paid 160 bucks and got a whitney Huston or a Britney Spears performance then I would of cracked it, but it was them, Live doing what they do. It was fuckin hot down there, I was dripping with sweat and so were they.. Ville's ear was fucked, stuff wasn't working as it should - meaning the mic stand.. so he was a little cranky who gives a shit.. They were awesome.. I enjoyed it and I'd pay another 66 dollars and 20 cents to see them again tomorrow if I could..
And I love the new album.. Different from the early stuff but still great!
PS: we were the first ones waiting out the back of the HIFI bar and the entire band except Midge ignored us, did not make eye contact or even thank us or coming to see them. Did not even apologise for having to leave so quickly. Really dissapointed. Ville didnt even shoot us a smile for a photo as he was walking down the alley. Rude as. Its not like the 20 of us that were around the back of the venue were screaming fans, we just wanted some quick snaps and we all would have let them be on their way. NOT EVEN a wave from the bus as they drove away.It was too cold for words
Guys we really didn't enjoy technical problems through the whole show, and Ville spending the first three songs more concerned about fixing his mic stand than preforming, whist constantly whinging and publically humiliating the roady then to be told four songs in he had to go off for a "piss".It was the most unprofessional unorganised event I've witnessed, and quite frankly I've seen cover bands with more stage presence.
You guys looked so miserable to be there playing for your paying fans who put up with 45 degree heat in an overfilled venue for you. Then you had the audacity to call an intermission when you played
for 1 hr max overall, just to come back on stage and mumble some stupid song that no one knows, and play the lamest instrumental I've ever heard.
I thought you guys were musicians, you've been around long enough but your obviously only interested in the dollar factor, as it seems that live performance is too much effort for you to even sing properly.
Your recent albums are crap, seems your more interested cashing in on a merchandise empire.
It's as simple as this, the support band blew you away.
You couldn't even be bothered smiling or waving to the fans that waited outside to say hello, you all must of been quite tired considering Ville hardly moved from the mic stand, and you all had 4 days off.
I've seen guys in bands twice your age pull off a show 100 times better, who FLY from country to country for their adoring fans. But you guys are egotisical assholes who think their **** don't stink.
All your albums on EBAY starting at .99c looks pretty good to me.

Ville wasn't in the best mood - but he didn't make the crowd suffer for it.(Gas and that roadie probably got their asses kicked though! lol) He and the guys gave us a great show and lived up to everything I had hoped they would be. Can't wait to see them again tonight at Soundwave. Shame they aren't doing any signings :(
