About Me

Katie is actually 7 years old and a huge HIM fan who knows all the lyrics. She was thrilled to see HIM-the entire band 3 times while on their U.S. Tour in November 2007. While she hears music more than watch TV, she is influenced by the greatest of the past-Elvis, Kurt Cobain/Nirvana, Frank Sinatra, Aaliyah n Tupac. BUT IN THE HERE & NOW SHE LOVES HIM, especially lead singer VILLE VALO!
We don't mind pop, but so glad Katie is diverse and our lil' rocker! She's a California girl, who loves the beach, all animals (pythons, horses, dogs, etc), basketball, cheer/drill, learning, songwriting, digital photography, new experiences, new people and HIM fans!
She went to the concert and go to meet KAT while there on Nov 14, 2007 at Orpheum for HIM. The following day she was 1 of the earliest in line-making new friends and waiting for the making of "Bleed Well" video on Nov 15, 2007. She won a heartagram guitar pick! Then, she got on stage (sister & I were jealous for a minute) and enjoyed rockin' out to HIM band right next to Ville!
On Nov 16, 2007 she waited in line for the Hollywood and got our guitar signed by all HIM members, and a pics with Ville! This was a surreal moment and VERY INSPIRING, as VILLE looked so deep and poetic! 3 days of HIM left us all wanting more. We feel so blessed, since we can't afford travel to Europe or getting out to Finland to wait for a glimpse of such a brilliant artist like VILLE and HIM band! It's a early Christmas for us <3 We now have all the pics framed over our 100 year old piano making a great, nostalgic statement for us. HIM is a perfect band for the NEW/NEXT GENERATION.
