Husband: What kind of book?
Me: The one about greek philosophy.
Husband: May i help you? What about the shape?
Me: ... rectangular?

LOL

Anyway: my husband is sayin that i am looking more and more like Ozzy Osbourne... mmmh... have i to worry about?

that is awake or asleep, young and old.
These things, indeed, falls back in the changin into those,
then those, vice versa, into these.

(Eraclitus, Fragments)

Some days ago, with a friend, we were talking about who Damocles was. We were talking about of it, because of a new song from HIM, and in that song, Ville Valo was writing something about Democle.

Damocles was was an obsequious courtier in the court of Dionysius II of Syracuse. Damocles exclaimed that, as as great man of power and authority, Dionysius was truly fortunate. Dionysius offered to switch places with him for a day, so he could taste first hand that fortune. In the evening a banquet was held where Damocles very much enjoyed being waited upon like a king. Only at the end of the meal did he look up and notice a sharpened sword hanging directly above his head by a single horse-hair.

Damocle, who was a very squeamish man, was very afraid about that horse-hair may fall on his soup... ehm, no, wait... erase and rewind:
