Hello again fellow HIM fans!
Finally! As most of you know, today is the day that HIM's newest album, Screamworks: Love in Theory and Practise, is released in most parts of the world. I wanted to order their album from their site but unfortunately shipping is not available for South Africa, so I had to pre-order it from Amazon. They sent me an e-mail to inform me that my order has been shipped so it will be a few weeks until I get my CD.
I wanted to wait until I got the album to hear their new songs for the firts time. The temptation was too strong so I yielded and joined the listening party on MySpace. I was completely blown away and reminded why I love them so much. In my opinion, this album is a bit different from their previous albums, but still has that very unique HIM sound. Love it!!!!!! My favourite songs are: In Venere Veritas, Heartkiller, Like St. Valentine and Ode to Solitude.
I must say goodbye for now. Hope all of you enjoy Screamworks as much as I do.
Hello again fellow HIM fans!
With this, my second blog, I would like to wish a member of one of the greatest bands in the world a very happy birthday! Gas, may you have many amazing years ahead of you and may you also continue to be a part of this wonderful band that has given the world true beauty through music.
Hey there fellow HIM fans!
I'm kinda new to Heartagram.com and I've only just started blogging, but hopefully this will be the first of many blogs.
I want to start of my first blog by announcing my plans to save up for my pilgrimage to Helsinki to see HIM perform live. This is gonna be quite a task seeing as it is a very long journey to Finland from South Africa. The reason I want to go to Finland to see them perform is because they don't have as big a fan base in South Africa as in most European countries and as far as I have heard, they have never toured South Africa.
If any of you guys have tips to help me achieve my dream then you can leave a comment in my guestbook.
